Thank you for your email and the service provided thus far. I did have a conversation on Tuesday of this week with Julian and expressed then how pleased I was with the first service visit we had, your engineers kept me informed and updated our Engineering Control Room before leaving.
I didn’t get the opportunity to speak to the engineers on site Tuesday, but have had no negative feed back which is always positive.
