Since 1981 Air Equipment have been in the business of designing, supplying and maintaining compressed air installations of all shapes and sizes - from the simplest to the most complex. Today we employ several engineers, with the experience to work on all types of compressors, dryers and vacuum units, in the field or within our service division workshops.
We employ electrical engineers and pipe fitters who have their own fully equipped vans and, upon reaching site, will only require a power supply. The benefit of employing our own pipe fitters is that it enables us to be more flexible with our work and which projects we take on. The picture above shows the innovative Simplair Hollow Bar System. This lightweight aluminium pipe system allows for ease and speed of installation and is incredibly flexible in it's layout, making for rapid expansion of any compressed air installation. Whilst our beginnings are firmly rooted in the heavier end of the industry, we have steadily created an unrivalled ability to and build and install the sophisticated installations, which are increasingly demanded by today's highly technological industries. The control systems can produce an installation, which will virtually do the customers thinking for them.
The Controls Design Team has all the training and experience needed to produce systems of great reliability.
Support and Service
Close contact with our existing clients has helped us sustain and improve the service we can give to them and our new customers too. Apart from the usual emergency call-out repair service, we also offer a whole new concept in maintenance. It aims to remove problems before they occur. It is an individually tailored - Planned Preventative Maintenance Scheme of which we are very proud, and is a logical extension of the high quality service we have always given. In addition, we aim to have a technician on-site within four hours of a telephone call to us day or night.
